Sparring is the best way to test out all the techniques you have learnt in the class, as well as for building fitness and endurance. Its also essential for anyone looking to compete in the ring. 

We are a massive believer that sparring is something that's 'earned' to sure that no bad habits are developed. once you are fluent in padwork and drill work then we recommend you to try the sparring classes.
