Lyndon Knowles and Salah Abdelsalam represented the Minotaur Gym at the Darlington Thai Boxing show on Sunday. Salah was up first winning on a unanimous points decision. Lyndons bout was for the UKMF English Super heavy weight title. Lyndon trained exceptionally hard for this fight, dropping over 10kgs and looked awesome on the day. It took only 4 out of the 5 rounds for Lyndon to get the win and become the new UKMF English Superheavy weight champion with his opponent being unable to continue at the end of the 4th round.
